Workshops

We offer cutting-edge workshops, presentations and mentoring to conflict professionals around the world. Our educational programs help practitioners develop and deepen the mindset, knowledge and skills to help their clients handle complex dynamics and problems with confidence, and to build profitable, satisfying out-of-court settlement practices. Victoria also provides a “train the trainers” workshop for professionals who wish to learn to develop and deliver dynamic, inspirational educational programs.

Creating conflict literacy

Victoria provides trainings for conflict professionals in collaboration, mediation, settlement advocacy, effective teams, conflict, communication and negotiation skills throughout North America and internationally, to critical acclaim.
